UX Design Professor & Program Director

Program director, content coordinator and course designer of the International Master in User Experience Design. Awarded by Barcelona Technology School and Institut de Formació Contínua IL3 – Universitat de Barcelona (UB-specific master’s degree). I managed and co-created the curriculums of 12 different subjects: Content Strategy, Entrepreneurship, Human Factors, Innovation, Interface development, Marketing, Project Management, Research, Testing, UI Design & Prototyping. I lectured in two different master programs, which included preparation of session material, continuous mentoring and grading. Total teaching hours: 510 h. Lecturing in:

• UX/UI
  Students learned to manage user-centered design projects by conducting user research and creating intuitive, user-friendly interfaces. They developed skills in UX strategy and UI execution, including design thinking, branding, content strategy, prototyping, testing, and usability, enabling them to deliver impactful digital experiences through collaborative and research-driven design.
• Content Strategy
  Students focused on boosting brand awareness and creating content that engaged users. They learned about branding, content strategy, storytelling, UX writing, and visual content production. Students created new brands for startups as well as rebranded existing products. They also learned to write creative briefs and produce digital marketing content for different channels and stages of the conversion funnel.
• Human Factors
  Students explored the impact of human psychology, physiology, and sociology on design and technological evolution. They studied core human drives, habit formation, and decision-making processes. Students learned to apply behavioral design principles and cognitive ergonomics to create accessible and inclusive user experiences. They explored the relationship between humans, machines, and nature, integrating empathy, ethics, and regenerative thinking into the design process. Students gained tools to align human behavior with UX strategies and to design meaningful, habit-forming digital products.
• Project-Based Learning
  Throughout the program, students worked on a final project with the goal of building a real digital product. The main objective was to equip them with the tools and knowledge needed to define and solve problems in innovative and collaborative ways. They learned to identify opportunities and design digital solutions with a strong focus on user needs.
